Kate Wyatt
With over a decade of experience in architecture, Kate is a New Zealand Registered Architect who has spent the last five years at Crosson Architects. Her work spans the length of the country — from the coastal retreats of Waiheke Island, to alpine homes in Queenstown and urban residences in Auckland.
Before joining the studio, Kate worked across a diverse range of commercial, civic, residential, and healthcare projects, with values ranging from $1–40 million. While this gave her a broad foundation, she has a particular passion for bespoke residential architecture.
She is drawn to the craft and nuance that comes with designing at a smaller scale, where every detail matters and contributes to the overall experience of a space. Kate has a strong appreciation for materiality — both inside and out — and enjoys curating rich, tactile palettes that bring depth, warmth, and individuality to each project. Her approach is grounded in creating thoughtful, beautiful homes that respond to both people and place.
Collaborative and warm in her manner, Kate thrives on building strong relationships with her clients and working alongside them to bring their vision to life.
