CCCA has won a New Zealand Architecture award for the Tutukaka house! As a winner in the Residential Architecture category, the Tutukaka house was described by the panel as “structured and relaxed, a blend of qualities apparent in the generous verandah designed by an Architect who understands the lifestyle of New Zealanders at the beach.”
